Directions:  
Cut squash into 1/4-inch slices and chop the small onion. Saute vegetables in hot oil in pan sprayed with Pam over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and saute 1 minute. Sprinkle mixture with salt & pepper to taste.**

**You may also add some parmesan cheese if you wish.
