Savory Turkey Chili

12  ounces		extra lean ground turkey breast
1  cup		diced green pepper
1  cup		diced onion
1  cup		diced celery
1  cup		shopped spinach
14  fl. oz.		diced tomatoes
2		whole cloves,s minced
2  teaspoons		chili powder
2  teaspoons		cumin
1  tablespoon		tso bkack pepper
1  teaspoon		oregano
1/2  teaspoon		smoked paprika
1  cup		cooked pinto beans
1  cup		cooked kidney beans
1  cup		mexican 4 cheese, reduced fat
1		zero calorie cooking spray

Turn on pressure cooker to saute. When HOT spray generously with cooking spray. Add the Ground turkey , onion, peppers,celery and saute until turkey no longer pink and vegetables begin to soften. Add garlic, tomatoes, beans, spices. Give everything a good stir.
Top with the chopped spinach or chard.
Cancel pot program, put on lid and set to sealing. Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes. Natural release for 5 minutes, then manually release remaining pressure. Serve with the mexican four cheese and chopped scallions if desired.
