Directions:  
Spray skillet with cooking spray, and put over medium heat. While it's heating microwave bacon bits for 20 seconds. Pat scallops dry with paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Fry scallops 4-5 minutes per side. Lay asparagus on a plate, add 1/2 tsp water, and cover with second plate. Microwave 2 minutes. Arrange fried scallops over asparagus. Add the lemon juice and broth to skillet, stirring to loosen brown bits. Pour over scallops and asparagus. Sprinkle bacon bits over all.
