Directions:  
1)Get the biggest pot you can find, a stew pot, a couldrin, a vat, big
2)Put pot on stove and turn to medium heat, spray with cooking spray
3)Cut up all of the vegetables & herbs, bite size and smaller.
Add the veggies to the pot as you cut them.
4)Add liquid ingredients
5)Add spice
6)Stir well and bring to low boil, cover allow to simmer until the veggies are as soft as you like them

After its cooked and youve tried it and like it, portion it out for the week in tupperware containers, refrigerate & and freeze the rest.
