1  cup
1  dash

2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
3  pinches

Combine the meat with the spices, vinegar, ketchup, and oil (up to a cup). Soak it for a few hours in the refrigerator.
Scatter the meat (with the marinade) in a large oven dish, add the onions and cook in the oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the Tahini sauce and whisk. Combine all the salad ingredients. Set aside.
