Directions:  
Mince garlic and ginger. Combine the garlic and ginger with soy sauce and vegetable broth and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add shrimp, snow peas, scallions and reserved soy sauce mixture and stir-fry 3-5 or so minutes or until shrimp are pink. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
