Preheat the oven to 350°F

In a mixing bowl, combine the berries and 3 tablespoon of Splenda. Mix well. Transfer to an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, flaxseed meal, and flour. In another bowl, mix the canola oil and remaining 2 tablespoons of Splenda. Mix this into the oat mixture. Using your hands, squeeze together the topping and break it apart into small crumbles over the berries. Continue until the crisp is covered and all the oat mixture is used.

Bake until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve warm. 123 calories per serving.
