Directions:  
Cut meat into 1-inch cubes and thread on metal skewers.

Add the oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, pepper to a medium bowl and add the meat, stirring each piece to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour to let the lamb/ beef /chicken marinate.

Place the meat on the grill to cook. Turn the meat once halfway through the cooking process after about 8 minutes on the grill. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with more oregano, to garnish.
