Directions:  
Peel, half, and slice cucumber
Slice tomatoes in half
Slice pepper into strips then chop in half
Scoop Avacado from skin and chop

Add all veg to a bowl, and then drain, rinse and add tuna.
Add salt and pepper
Pour on dressing and mix well
