add olive oil to large stockpot, heat over mediu m high heat to warm. Add onion and peppers and saute for about 7 minutes or until vegetables begin to soften, stir occasionaly.

Add the garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

add the chicken broth, chicken, cannelini beans (take 1 cup of the beans and a little broth, put in blender and blend, add back to beans). Ad the lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt peper, red chili flakes adn cayene peper. bring to a boil. Allow mixture to boil about 7 to 10 minutes..
Ad the cilantro and boil 1 minute.

ladle chili into bowl and garnish with tortila strips, chips, avacado, chese or sour cream. serve imediately.
