preheat oven to 350 degrees

cook bread crumbs in 1T butter until slighty crisp and set aside

put cooked noodles, can of soup, can of tuna, peas, milk and cheddar cheese in a large bowl and mix, then put the mixture in a greased casserole dish

sprinkle top with prepared bread crumbs and parmesan cheese

bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes

serve warm
