Directions:  
take 250 grams of the flour, put in small bowl make a hole in middle and pour in the warm milk with sugar and yeast . Stir up and lightly dust flour on top. Set in warm place to rise. After that knead doe need to add a little more flour as needed. Prepare a cookie sheet by greasing it, put doe on it and roll out. Then let it rise again. After that put the plums that had seed taken out and quartered face side up on doe. Put some sugar and cinnamon on top of that. Then take the remaining 200 gr. of flour the 30 gr.of butter,150 gram of sugar and cinnamon make them into Stewsels and place on top of plums. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for about 50 minutes.
