Well, I pushed myself so much to keep jogging almost six days a week. I really enjoyed it and looked forward to it afterwork. I made a huge mistake and not listened to my body. Started getting some mild pain on my shins and kept jogging through it many, many times to the point I can't take a heavy step withouth pain putting a complete stop to my jog. Well its Friday, and very happy for that. I have been jogging and doing some strengh exercises on a daily bases. I get this feeling of anticipation when I am at work for my day to end, go home, put on some confy clothes and shoes and have some me time. Its great to just be out there with my dog Cisco. Well, I've doing my jogging and strengh training but im finding it hard to resist temptation. Those wht chocolated Truffles r just so good and I am so weak!! I never really paid attention much when I buy fast food which I do not do a lot, but today I looked at the mcdonalds menu and what do I see??? Calories, calories!!! Well I feel really good inside because I am sticking to the routine. I was not able to jog on Monday and felt bad about it. I've been jogging since the 24 x-mass eve because I did not want to make excuses to over indulge and have the new year as the dead line. Well, I feel great... My husband has been so suportive and he has such a sweet tooth but is doing his part on keeping away from me when eating his snacks. I've doing ab and thigh exercise and I can feel the burn Baby... I am on the right track as far as eating as my husband thinks is great that we both eat healthy and set a good example for our daughter.....

Well this is the 3rd day and I've been careful to eat healthy and follow the routine.. I went for a jog with my dog last nite and we actually jogged longer which felt great... I walk half way to warm up and jog the rest, stopping and going... When I need the extra little push I do take a diet pill for energy and it really pushes me to go... I am starting to adapt to less calories and it seems it will get easier. I am really determined to mak...

Well, I am determined to do this and I don't plan to wait to the new year. That is just one more excuse. I started Jogging starting x-mass eve Dec 24 because I figured big meals, sweets and drinks are not gonna help me with my plan. I jogged a whole 3.5 miles and felt great... I am trying to jog at least 3-4 times a wk. I am also logging down everything I eat and is a great way to be aware of what you eat. I work in an offic...
