Well, I'm really in it to win it this time and so far so good. I've managed to lose a whopping 8 pounds in the past two weeks and I'm very proud of that, but now I feel like I've hit some sort of wall. I'm stuck at 229 and for some reason I can push past that to 228 or even 227.

I'v gone to the gym along with working out with my personal trainer and I'm not sure what I'm not doing right. My trainer seems to think that I'm holding&nbs

Okay, I'm actually going to try this again. This time I've bought Shawn-T's Insanity workout program and I intend on using it to knock the weight off this time. I know what I need to do to get the weight off, but I also know that I have a tendancy to get discouraged when I don't see results as quickly as I would like. I have approximately 85 pounds to lose and I would like to lose them by the e

I worked out with my trainer yesterday and I really believe he's trying to kill me. He ran me for nearly the entire hour. I felt really good mentally afterwards, but physically I was drained, which usually happens after one of our sessions. I biked to the workout session and biked home afterwards. When I got home I got on the scale and it read 212.8, but after I took my shower it was back up to 213.8

I'm so proud of myself today because not only did I walk the 4.04 miles that I planned to walk, but I was actually able to walk another 1.53 miles for a total of 5.57 miles today in all.

Tomorrow is an off day for me and I'm going to take full advantage and go to the track and get a little more exercise in. I feel so much better when I walk.

Well, I did it again. I walked the 4.04 miles to work and I feel great. I've just got to keep doing it at least 5 times per week and the weight should fall right off.

I was extremely proud of myself today. I've always enjoyed walking, but today at work instead of sitting down and having lunch, I did a nice brisk walk for 30 minutes and just had my granola bar and baked cheetos and 3 cups of water. Not exactly what I wanted to eat, but I knew I had to eat something so that my blood sugar wouldn't take a nose dive on me. To be honest I felt really good.

This is my first time ever blogging about anything so here goes. I will be 40 years old in March and I'm a single mother of 5 daughters who has picked up a considerable amount of weight over the years. I finally woke up from the "Mommie Coma" I was in and realized I'm not getting any younger my girls are growing up and will be out of the house soon (some not soon enough) and I don't want to feel old and frumpy.

I have a 3 year old grandson and even though I may be a gra...
