Had a great cardio workout and kept with in my calories!!!!!!!!  And I'm full.  Even if i need a little snack it won't put me over by much at all.

Back on track

Ok after resting for a few days and gone for the weekend, I finally got back on track with the gym yesterday.  Did a really good lower body workout today.  Cardio is tomorrow and I usually enjoy cardio.  Debating on trying the new interval thing or since i was off a few days, finish out the week as usual and try that next week.

Pulled Musle

Pulled a muscle in my back on Monday and its feeling some better, but think i'm going to rest it again today just to give it some more time.  I have state bowling this weekend so thinking if i don't rest it, it'll just keep getting more aggrevated and will take longer to heal up.  So other than doing some laundry today, not much physical activity for me.

A rotten day all around

The day started off good enough, but quickly went down hill.  Had an issue at school that sent me into a lot of stress.  Well I am a stress eater and the day quickly went that way.  So I have got to refocus tomorrow and learn to deal with that in a different way.  Going to try for a good nights sleep tonight.  Nite nite all.

Looking forward to a better day

I'm looking forward to a better day today.  Hopefully will eat better than yesterday.  Getting my cardio workout in early.   Going  right after I drop kids at school. Then home to shower and a haircut.  It's bowling night tonight so more calories burned there too.  I keep telling myself, no popcorn there!!!  Thats one of my biggest weaknesses is popcorn.  Which is ok if it's airpopped but i don't care for it that way.

End of Day 1

Well i was on track with calories till we got a last minute invite to supper for a friend's son's bday.  I tried to choose carefully and could have done worse, but should have done better.  I'm over my caloric intake for weight loss by 500 calories.  Need to drink at least 2 more cups of water yet today, pry will drink more than that though as the evening is still young.

Mid afternoon slump

I got my workout in today and it felt good.  Although I have a terrible headache and it throbbed, i pushed thru and had a good workout.  Had a snack of yogurt and now thinking i need something else too.  I didn't eat lunch so pry not a great idea there, but oh well.  Maybe need a bit more to eat and that would pry help the headache.

Slept terribly last night and have absolutely no motivation today.  Kids are home from school yet today on Easter Break.  Going to hit the shower and try to do some of the chores that need done and then hit the park with them this afternoon.  Would like to hit the gym early this afternoon.  Hopefully before we go to the park.  It's a lift day for my upper and out of everything I have been doing so far, I really enjoy this portion of my time at the gym. Ok off to the show...

Day 1 on this Site

Ok this is my first blog EVER about anything.  I've been working out regularly since early January.  A good friend has been urging me to find a place to blog etc.  I've planned my first 2 weeks of workouts based upon what I have been doing so far.  I am just going to log what I eat as I have 3 kids and to get them to eat properly, I don't make anything different for myself, but, with that said, I have been trying to get them to eating better ...
