The attached picture shows what I'm working with.  This picture (and the 2 in the following posts) were taken on Sunday, November 4, 2012.  It is obviously going to take a long time to get to my goals.  My plan is to post new pictures at the beginning of each month to track my progress.  I am confident that I will eventually reach my goals and acquire the look, feel, and health that I desire.

After reaching the highest weight in my life (275 lbs.) and finally becoming pissed off enough at the way that I feel and the way that I look, I have committed to making a fitter me.  My clothes don't fit.  I feel miserable much of the day.  I have a low energy level.  I hate shopping for clothes because nothing fits.  I'm taking pills for high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  And, I'm afraid that I may die while my kids are still young if I d
