Okay so I got up at around 6:30 A.M. I have 2 kids to get ready for school & school will be starting in 13 days! I made them breakfast & power walked 1.5 miles on my treadmill. I find it's easier to walk in the morning then it is at night. By the end of the day I am so tired I found myself not wanting to work out because I was so worn out from the day of activities.
