The beach body workout really targets the thighs abs shoulders and arms. I need to increase my reps.

Day 1 was interval cardio. I decided to look on youtube for ideas for fun and unique cardio and I came across Pop Pilates. She had 7 quick action movements that you would repeat 4 times. It got my heart beat racing to 153 beats per minute but my max is 204 bpm a difference of 51. My next goal is to increase my bpm.
