Every year about now I start a new diet. I've actually weighed about the same each year post holidays. This year is no exception. Then I typically drop about 10-15 lbs before falling off the wagon. Low carb seems to work best for me. Other diets don't seem to reduce appetite and I feel hungry most of the time. I've realized the importance of dealing with the feelings behind the eating (finally!!) I'm also reading Dr. Colbert's book, the I Can Do This...
