Carbs!!!

I'm having trouble hitting my targets.  I almost always go over on my carbs, but I never hit my target for dietary fiber.  I'm confused, how can I get enough fiber without eating too many carbs?  I know some vegetables are a good source of fiber, right? Which ones?

Exercise is getting easier!!! A little!!!

  Ok.. so I have been exercising at least 5 times a week.  I have noticed some progress.  I can do a little bit more each time, well most times.  I have noticed something weird though. Not sure if its normal. After I exercise sometimes my muscles twitch for a while and my body feels like its vibrating, or humming. Maybe Im just crazy. &nbs

Exercise sucks!!!!

I hate exercising!!!!  My legs are going to fall off.  I'm sore in places I didn't even know I had.  Ouch.  Somebody please tell me this gets easier.

Hi, my name is Crystal and there are a lot of things I don't know.  The first is...How did I get so fat?  When I was in High School I was on the dance team.  Thin, athletic, healthy.  So why did I stop dancing?  Life, I guess.  I am now a 32 year old mother of two very energetic young boys.  How am I supposed to keep up with them?  I am currently over 250 pounds. My ideal weight, according to everything I've read, is between 125 and 150 pound
