This weight loss program includes the FitClick Intermediate Circuit Training workout plan, a 5-day per week routine including 3 strength training days. The circuit of exercises work to improve the strength, endurance and muscle tone of your entire body. This intermediate level program is great for athletes looking to get back into shape and regular exercisers looking for a fine tuning. The low-fat, FitClick Slim & Trim Diet supports the workout and enables you to shed body fat and lose weight as you work through your strenght builiding circuits.

The Diet

The FitClick Slim & Trim Diet is a delicious, low-fat diet that will help you shed unwanted pounds. Begin the push towards a stronger, slimmer you by adding the plan to your diet tracker. The diet compliments the circuit training for optimal results. The dietary breakdown is 50% carbohydrates, 25% protein, and 25% fat per day. A sample breakfast could include a small cinnamon raisin bagel with grapes and skim milk. For lunch, you might eat a grilled chicken breast with a cucumber salad. Afternoon snacks allow light yogurt, fruit, and oatmeal smoothies. For dinner, dine on a turkey burger and tossed salad. 

The Workout

For the 5-day per week workout, the FitClick Intermediate Circuit Training plan consists of three days (two are light) of circuit training and two days of moderate intensity cardio. Strength training exercises use dumbbells or body-weight so this workout may be done at the gym or at home. Workouts target the chest, thighs, shoulder, biceps, triceps, back, and abs. Strength work occurs on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 5. With cardio exercise assigned more frequently at 5 days per week, the cardio routines work to slim while the circuits strengthen.
