My gym sesh last night

10 miles on the bike w/ random hills, walked up 20 floors, 5 miles on the treadmill 3% incline, 100 50lb crunches on the machine, and various arm workouts (:

SO Happy!

Last night I weighed myself at the gym and I was 181.2 lbs (: My last proper weigh in was at the doctors 3 weeks ago @ 192.4 lbs


Lbs lost : 11.2 lbs ;) GO ME!

Free 3 day pass

Excited to get my workout on tonight with new workout buddy :) I got the FREE 3 day pass and then after they said they would give me a killer deal to join the gym... my husband just quit is job (it's a good thing) which mean I have a lot of extra stress to release :)

Why can't I?

All my friends with babies are "skinny" ... WHY CAN'T I?


Long story short: I use to be happy about my body, now after 2 kids (one 3 months old), getting married, and letting myself go... I'm not "skinny" anymore. ACTUALLY, I'm over weight. I'm at my highest weigh in EVER. 190lbs :(


My goal: Lose 40 in 4 months. My birthday is in early September and I really want to fit into a dress I am in lo
