Well I am back again, no worries I didnt slip up, but my bf has been talking to his brother in law who is a personal trainer and he has been saying that I need to be eating 1800 caloires which is CRAY! I mean I been following my 1200 caloire regimen( this is what I when I don't workout) and when I workout I eat 1400......it varies. Hello,
Well I am back here again, and I did so well in the past few years. Now, I am at a whooping 270 ( whoa, it sounds bad as it looks) I want to get down to 155, this means I really gonna have to bust my butt. I weigh in this friday, I am so nervous to see what it is gonna be.
