I been workinging out for 30 mintues a day, 6 days a week and I only eat 1200-1400 caloires. I Only lost 3lbs for this week. I am upset because I wanted a bigger number. So now I am gonna amp my workout ups; I was thinking about doing taebo for 30 mintues and then doing gilad for 20 mintues.I wil

Well I am back again, no worries I didnt slip up, but my bf has been talking to his brother in law who is a personal trainer and he has been saying that I need to be eating 1800 caloires which is CRAY! I mean I been following my 1200 caloire regimen( this is what I when I don't workout) and when I workout I eat 1400......it varies. I never go over 1400.Now he is tellling me to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. I always eat 3 meals and one sna

Back where I started....

Well I am back here again, and I did so well in the past few years. Now, I am at a whooping 270 ( whoa, it sounds bad as it looks) I want to get down to 155, this means I really gonna have to bust my butt. I weigh in this friday, I am so nervous to see what it is gonna be.

Hi! I'm back once again,I weigh in tomorrow..YIKES. I hope I did weel I worked out really Hard this week and stepped up my game but I have to watch MY CARBS next week and stick to it.But, other than that I feel alot stronger and not giving up for sure I feel the support froms all my friends and I thank you. Hey whats up? I'm relexing now....Had a long day I did a really good workout.I been since Nov.12th.2009 I lost 50lbs so far and I have 90lbs more to lose. I workout for 1 hour and 30mins, but I'm gonna push it up to 2 hours,  in July-Aug.........so i'm gonna weight in friday and see where i'm at lol. But, being a vegertarian isnt easy all the time but, I'm gettin it done. I want to be a size 8 or 6 lol by my birthday......so i can feel great.So i'm
