So my hubby is on a mission to lose 100 lbs. He is doing Body for Life. He decides it's a good idea for us to both get up at 5am during the week - have more time in the AM, exercise, and be more energized. I think he's insane. :) However, i agree to do it with him for 2 weeks. If I feel a better, I'll continue.
Week 1 - Do it, just TIRED but don't exercise at all during the week.
