What to do with the Flu

I had a horrible night with belly pain.  Didn't sleep much and went to work sort of groggy.  I didn't eat anything this morning but when I came home at 10:30am I had some yogurt to see if I'd be able to keep it down.  I did.  It's got to be the flu.  I was looking forward to starting my weight training today.  But I lost 3.5 lbs. so that's good.  Onward and upward.

Getting Ready for the Tournament

Today I decided to get back into shape and volunteer for a golf tournament in Tahoe.  I do it every year but this year concerns me because I'm not in shape for it. 

As I get older, it becomes increasinly difficult to lose the weight and build muscle but success if important for my health long term.
