Well so far I'm doing good during the weeks. I just have to learn how to control myself on the weekend. I have added working out to my schedule with Wed and Sundays being my rest days. I have the past couple of nights came home from after the gym and ate another small meal. Which I am going to start cutting out. With no eating after 7pm.

I'm having trouble remembering to track my foods on the wkends. but

My highest calorie intake can be 1860. I did good the first day starting off strong. I'm doing 50% carbs and 25% for protein and fats. I hit all marks but for carbs. Which aint really too bad.


I did a little 10 min walk on my lunch breack and then went to the gym and did an hour hip hop cardio class.

Ok so I did not get to start last week like intended. Yeah I know, shame on me. But today I have started. I have tracked my foods. Even though I need to get my healthy fats up there I'm doing so good so far. I am going to make 3 goals to acheive in the next 30 days. I will blog about them in this journal everyday plus I will be doing an video blog at home to help me stay on track.

Tomorrow is start day

Ok. Well tomorrow I am taking charge of my life and making a change. I did a post on FB today about some good tips for weight loss. Boy did I get alot of amazing responses.

I have been struggling with my weight for years now. I've always been told that I had a pretty face, but thats it. I'm tired of walking past the mirror and seeing an whole lot of extra me. I get out of breath just putting on lotion, which keeps me from wanting to do it. I'm always tired.
