I hope that by tracking what I eat, I can figure out what I'm doin wrong. I really don't think I eat badly, I don't do fast food, I eat small portions, my downfall are sweets, but I don't buy em, make em, have em... So what's the deal? i don't have a metabolism. I workout by doing a "leslie sansone" workout, and I joined the gym. I'm uncomfortable in my own skin, and want to lose the uncomfortableness.
