    For the last 10 Years I have gradually gotten sick. First with osteoarthrtis, then Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Fibromyalgia, back problems, and depression/anxiety. I've seen many Drs, taken tons of meds. and had to go on Social Security Disability.
     I don't have much will power  especially when I am not feeling well. I don't excercis...
