I love healthy eating! Why I didn't do this before now is beyond me...why I abandoned it in the first place is unbelievable. Can't believe that in the rush of life, for the sake of convenience, I have forgotten what I actually enjoy eating...fresh fruits and veggies.

Oooooof. No wonder I was so beat yesterday...nothing like waking up with a full blown summer cold. Boy, does that make a difference!! Daily Goal Accomplished! Pain Free!

Yes! Feels great to have accomplished today's goal of 58 minutes on the Nordic Walking Crosstrainer for the first time since joining fitclick! Overcoming rough starts for the last week as well as a drop in motivation wasn't easy, but I just gritted my teeth and told myself "Do it for YOU!!!" Talk about

I've simply GOT to manage to eat lunch and more than chug water for a 'snack'. Hopefully this trip to the grocery store will rememdy the empty fridge and cupboard situation and make it easier by having things on hand.

Living in Germany is proving a bit difficult with some of the foods or brands...they're simply not available or are so extremely seasonal that they are not available off season without tons of added salt or sugar, sometimes both. There are some good substitutes, and it's taking me a bit to find them.

Well, darn it all! Didn't get much accomplished first day out, so will give it the ole college try again today. Unexpected chaos ensued right at the start of the day and kept up until the end, which completely threw all my plans off.
