Ok it is time to get back on track Caine getting a job messed me up this week, but I found a workout plane on here I can do at home. Thank god because I haven't been doing much this week and I weigh in on wed. I have been eating right acually I have been under on Calories all week except for sun I didn't track it so I am not sure so hopefully I can get back on track need to lose this weight

Ok Caine got a job that was much needed I couldn't be the only one with a job. So now here is the problem I did realy well and lost 6lbs in 9 days plus 4in off my waist 1in off my hips and arms each. Now I am worried because we only have one car so my trips to the gym and my pilates class (that I just started) are going to be missed. I work over nights 7pm-8 or 9am thur, fri, sat. Caaine works any where between 5-7 days a week time changes on the job starting from as early as 130am-8am so going ...

161.2 lb (6lbs lost since the Feb 1) also lost 4in. in my waist, 1in in my hips, and 1in upper arm (each arm)

Ok Tue was a bad day for working out missed my pilates class and picked up an extra shift at work so ended up good right. NO was going to work on the tredmill after work (130-930pm shift) but it is in our room and Caine was sleeping when I got home, but the good news is he was sleeping because he got the job and had to be to work at 130am. I work over nights and last night is my longest shift went in at 7 pm didn't get home till around 10 am. By then my day is shot. To tired to get on the treadmill so I go to sleep wake up time to eat its 5pm now shit missed morning snack and lunch, OK I will eat a good dinner. It is so easy to try and talk your self out of going to the gym. I came real close today, but I went and I am glad I did. Today was my first pilates class I was 5 min late but did it any way. I was hard then I thought it would be but I plan to stick with it. The instructor said I will feel it on sat. 2-3 days to really feel it wow. Well at least I will be getting fit now I am one step closer to my goal. GO ME
