I haven't posted anything in a couple of days, but I have sticked to my diet and my workout. My priming phase is pretty much over and today I will into the bulk and strength phase of my workout. Good calories are going to be important over the next couple of months and I need to make sure I am getting enough protein. Hey look all Ones!!! Yesterday was all good...I was a little off on my diet, but I completed my cardio workout which was great! It was a little cold out when I did it, but it felt good once it was done. Nothing really else going on...just taking it one day at a time. The time is now. Happy Healthy!

Being back to work today was the best thing that could of happened as far as my diet and workout routine goes. I am on target for all my diet stats and I completed my workout at the gym. I am still in a priming stage for my muscles, so I just went through the motions at a minimum weight. I will do this for the rest of the week and then next week I will start with my strength training performing most exercises as an 80% to max repetition. Wow. Blew it yesterday. LOL. Football and diets just dont mix. I was way over on my calories big time and I did have two beers. Today will be a lot better even though football is on. My new workout plan starts tomorrow and my diet will be a lot more strict since I will be back to work. I will be clocking my 40 and vertical jump tonight, so I will check in with those times later. I am not very happy about yesterday. One, I didn't workout, which is fine because I will use yesterday as my off day instead of today, but I did use my one cheat meal for the week yesterday. I loved it, but I hated it(pizza and chicken wings). Time to get back to work! Happy Healthy!

Wow. Yesterday was interesting. Just when you think your on the right track diet wise you eat 4000 calories before you know it. Note to self..don't eat hummus. My salad with hummus dressing was 1200 calories. That is just dumb. I did do my priming workout so Im good there, but I am really going to me conscious of what i put in my belly today. Going out of town this weekend, so hopefully I will still get to do some activites, but we will see. Looking forward to Monday when the real deal...

I started my diet and priming stage yesterday. My calorie intake for the day was pretty high, but my protein and carbs where right on target. I drank plenty of water and took my vitamins and supplements. My muscle priming workout went as planned and now I'm on to day two. Happy Healthy
