I'm back! Back to tracking and back to getting on track.

Been doing a lot of reading about DIet and Nutrition. Even went back to school last August for Diet and Nutrition. I'm planning to follow Keto guidelines. I truly believe all calories are NOT created equal and Carbs are not my friend.

Besides school I plan to climb (indoors for now) one or two days a week, do weights two days a week, and Tai CHi one or two days per week.

Whether you just began Phase 1 of the Curves Weight Management Plan for the first time, or are looking for a way to supplement your caloric intake for Phase 3, think about incorporating shakes into your daily menus. Curves has a shake mix that comes in two flavors, Vanilla and Chocolate. What an easy way to add 15 grams of

If you aren't drinking your water (all your water) you are working against yourself on your quest for good health. Obviously, drinking water keeps you from becoming dehydrated. Not so obviously, if you are not drinking enough fluids, your body will retain water. Can we say water weight gain?

- Hungry? Try a glass of water first. It's not always hunger.
- Tired? Try a glass of water before reaching for a caffeinated drink. Dehydration can make you feel tired.

Healthy at the fair?

 Unrated
Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 11:26 AM filed under General postings

I thought, well, bring lots of water to stay hydrated. But the fairs warn you that they can check your bags and backpacks and they do
