According to a study that will appear in the April 2010 issue of the Journal of Consumer Research, both the size and the consumption habits of our eating companions can influence our food intake.

  • I think you are at a plateau. I'm can't speak from experience because I haven't been there, I've not been so disciplined. Bravo for what you have done!!! To go further, I think you have to change the pattern of either your diet or exercise routine. It sounds like you're in a maintain mode and if you want to snap out of that, see if you find any information on plateau's and how to break them....
