  • I hear ya on the addiction to the carbs... I'm especially addicted to cookies. I think more than anything I have an oral fixation where I need something crunchy. If you are anything like me and get the munchies around 9/10p try eating pop corn or I've heard eating a small bowl of cereal is a good snack too.
