I've been trying to get back to my ideal me for a while now and I've found many people seeing great results using the 30 day squat challenge so I've decided to give it a try. Today denotes day 1 and it seems easy so far. Lets see how this goes hopefully I will be back to pre-pregnancy me in no time.
