SO still doing okay with the workouts.  I get them in about 5 days a week, usually skipping to ones that are just easy walk days.  Diet okay, still eat what I want but I'm more concious about what I'm eating learned a Sonci Cheeseburger is like 900 cals but oh well right just didn't eat alot prior so whatever.  I've only lost 2lbs, but I'ce lost 8 inches over all.  So thats great news.  So maybe I'll reach my goal before I ...

So today was a day of just cardio, didn't get it in this am due to someone wasn't awake to watch the little one but I'll do it this evening when the sun stats to set.  no way I'm jogging/walking 2 miles in 85 degree weather.  Been bad on my diet, went to a cook out today hot dogs and hamburgers.  Oh well I'll get back on track.  I hope.  Really wish the diet and nutrition tracker had more on it than fat, carbs and protein, would love to see vitamins and minerals, cholest...
