 Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Time to get my butt into gear and get some of this weight gone. I cannot afford to wait another day. My stomach is actually so uncomfortable-it has to come off.

Here I am again...47 almost 48 year old grandma of 2 beautiful girls that needs to shed quite a few pounds. In May the Dr. told me if I drop 18 pounds I will not have to take diabetes medicine and gave me 6 months to do just that. Here I am 3 months down the road and I weigh 2 pounds more than i did then.
