Went swimming for 30 minutes, went walking for 45 minutes. I am so T I R E D, why? I thought I should be feeling at least refreshed, that I went and did something for my health. But all I feel is exhausted. Why do I have to be so fat? I need inspiration and motivation. I am doing it but relunctantly.., well to be continued.
