Good Day.

Today was a REALLY good day :) I ate UNDER my calories...and I had two at 6-7:30 and another tonight at 5:30-7:00...I didn't do very much running the second practice...because i already ran alot...but i did sit-ups while the younger girls i atleast did something. BUT after i ate dinner, a fat dinner, i ended up weighing 131.2...which is GREAT for me. My goal tomorrow: 2 peices of toast with Peaunut Butter on it for breakfast...and then I'll try to just sip on D...

Great news...I get to go up with the high school basketball team! It's amazing! Even though we work ALOT harder...and run a MILLION sprints...i'm serious when i say atleast's REALLY good for me. I went to the doc. today...about my heart (small hole, nothing to worry about) and they weighed said 137pounds! Holy CRAP! It's HORRIBLE! BUT after practice i weighed myself and it said 132.4...and after i ate it was 132.6...which is better. I'm thinking the 137 was water weight..som...

I've hit my breaking point. I asked a girl her name, she asked mine, and she said that their nickname for me was "Big house" I asked her again and she said "Big house" This was during basketball, and i am about her size, heck, maybe even smaller. But it doesn't matter anymore. I'm goona loose so much weight she'll be jealous, oh, and next time we'll WIN the game. I'm going extreme.

Another fat day, another fat girl. Yup, i ate like a horse...i'm OVER my calorie intake (1200) calories, and i just feel terrible. Tomorrow is a Basketball tourney, which i think we'll play 2 games, and since i start, I'll play most of them. That'll burn alot. My plan is for me to have a slimfast bar (mom's) which has 200 calories. I'll have one for breakfast and just not eat untill after the tourney. I think it ends at like 2? I don't know. After i go home I'll eat a salad with only lettuc...

Fat Day.

Ok, I'm having a fat day. I got on the scale, and it said i lost 3.6 pounds since i started...not alot, I know, but I'm still proud. Well, what do i do that? EAT! Ugh. Actually i wouldn't have, but first my cousin kept calling me anorexic because i didn't wanna eat my cheesy french bread, which i did to shut her up...yup, about 200 calores. Then of course i had to eat a salad like i usually do, and a bunch of vegs (Negative calories?) Well, after that i thought i could just eat a salad for dinne...

I only ate about 700 calories so far, so i think I'll eat a pudding cup (60 calories) when i get home from this school thing. I know, it's still not that much, but I'm just not hungry today. I'm mad at my mom, which i think is why. But, for some reason, after practice i weighed myself just wondering what i weighed...and i had GAINED nearly 2 punds! I'm praying that it's just water weight. If not, well, I'll eat under 500 untill it's back down. I just don't care today, i feel terrible. ):

For dinner, since i ate so much today, i ended up just having a chocolate pudding cup (60 calories) and a glass of skim milk (80). Yeah, i know, that's not enough to keep me full for long, but I'm going to shower soon and then go to bed. I figure I'll read and hopefully be ready to actually sleep at 10ish so that my stomach won't keep me up. And I think I'm goona change my goal. It was originally 112 pounds, but i figure that my clothes are already alot loser since i only lost like 3 or 4 pounds...

Gosh, i feel soooo fat! I'm at nearly 1000 calories...and i haven't even eaten dinner yet. I want something fatty, but think i'll have a salad, which will end up STILL probably putting me over 1200. Gosh, no wonder I'm so ugly and fat. I need to get control of my mouth before it affects my body even more. ):. Ick. Pathedically, my stomache already hurts, and i have school tomorrow, which I'll try to just eat a salad, even though all of my friends will be having that PLUS whatever's on ...

Guess what? I've had about 600 calories...and it's after dinner. I would have eaten a little more, but I'm going to my friend's house, and she eats ALOT. I'm sure I'll eat a couple hundred calories tonight with her and another friend. But as long as i stay under 1000 I'll be happy, even though i'm hoping to only eat about 800 today. Oh! And I've already lost two pounds for like 4 days that I've done this :)

New Years

So...guess how proud I am of myself? REALLY PROUD! Ok, i had plans to babysit last night, but the snow was so horrible that they cancelled and stayed home. But, the highlight of that is that i probably would have made pizza and ate a ton of the left overs, but yeah. And i did great untill the night, see, i figured i'd eat alot, It was New Years, so i ate like 500 calories before it was time for dinner, and my total was UNDER my mark, and that's INCLUDING all of the hot cheese dip i had...
