I'm still trying to figure out how this site works. I can't seem to get my workout to show how many cals I've burned and have it show up on my home page. I love the concept of estimating how many pounds per week I could be losing, but only me food cals come up and my excercise isn't there! I't dissapointing...anyone have a clue?

Just joined, getting ready for a new start...again! Yesterday I did a good workout for the first time in a long time. It felt good, but I felt really awkward in front of all the people at the gym, looking like such a sloth! I added my calories at the end of the day, thinking that I had done pretty good. Boy what a shocker to see how quickly they can add up!!! Guess I've slipped into my old bad habits! Well, wish my luck! I'll be checking in daily to help me keep focused!
