Well, Days 4-5 did not go well already. I wasn't able to exercise because I just didn't have the energy. I was taking a multi vitamin that was helping but to find out, my body does not digest caffeine/coffee properly and I found out that my multi vitamin was all day energy and it is approx. to taking one cup of coffee so I had to stop. I also quit drinking my water those 2 days and went over what I was supposed to eat both days.

Well, last night after dinner went better. I chewed gum and stayed upstairs with my husband instead of downstairs (closer to the fridge). I was a little disappointed when I jogged yesterday on the treadmill because I wasn't able to jog my whole 3 miles but then, only having started last summer and had to take a month off because of Bronchitis, guess it was going to happen. I like to push myself so I am sure that on Thursday I will jog the whole thing. I am hoping the weat...

Well, I struggled last night with the no eating after dinner. Boy, is that one of my downfalls. I LOVE to eat after dinner. What else is there to do? I bought myself gum to help. It did work enough to stop me, but I made myself go to bed so that I wouldn't be tempted. So - this is my first blog and I have decided that it is time to starting talking. I always played sports growing up and ate whatever I wanted because my body could take it and burn it no problem. Well, those days are LONG gone. My main issue is I have never liked vegetables and I have a hard time eating them. Big problem when I am trying to eat healthier and trying to get fit again.
