I've been working extra hard in the gym, i'm starting to see my chest and arms take form, and my legs have always been pretty solid. Time to work out the stomach. Starting colon hydrotherapy to make sure all the crap is out of my system. No more fast food from this point forward. Just don't realize how many calories are in a French Fry!!!! I'm going to start taking photos every week if I can, so I can visually track my progress as well.

I joined this site 2 days ago. I'm about 318 lbs and ready to get rid of it all. I have been diagnosed with type 1 hypertension and I'm supposed to lower my sodium intake. It doesn't look like I'm achieving this. So here I go next wednesday to the doctor to get but on blood pressure meds cause my b/p is roughly 148/100 So that's not good. I would really like to find a diet that will help me lower my bp, hopefully my doctor will have some ideas.
