Ugh why can't I just not eat junk food? What is that about? My day is so slammed hectic and money gets tight and it's actually faster/easier/cheaper to eat food that will kill me slowly.

Isn't that just perfect.

We have $10 to our name until greg gets paid and for 3 people sometimes it is just easier to make a "burger run" than try to get a meal for three done with a small budget on a school night when it's already 730!!!

What an awesome day today!
Today was my workout "rest" day and I spent it shopping with my husband and little sister!
We bought some baby chicks (hens) that are just adorable and we went to Lowes and did a LOT of walking and heavy lifting picking out supplies for the coop/hen house!
It was a lot of good healthy exercise that didn't have to feel like it!
Plus, I didn't wear

Ugh so what have we learned today?
We have learned that if you have to deal with your immature uncle having a temper tantrum and he makes stupid comments about your weight  that used to make you feel like crap actually just p*** you off and make you hammer out steps on your treadmill like no other! Today, I doubled my workout time w/out stopping!!

How's that for lumpy? LOL

Pretty soon, he won't have anything left hurtful to say...

So today I hopped on the ol' crosswalk and guess who did 1/2 a workout w/out stopping... THIS LADY!
Still, that may be pathetic to some but at my weight/fitness level I am so proud of myself! Yesterday I couldn't even walk for more than 5 minutes yesterday without wanting to stop from the back pain but today I went a whole 15 minutes uninterrupted at 2.5-3.5spd at a 2% incline!
Hooray! Yay Me!
If everyday is just a little better than the day before it I know I ca...

I felt so ashamed as I started walking this morning on my new treadmill. I was tired after only 5 minutes at 2.0! My legs were burning and I just wanted to stop. I did after 10. I wanted to cry.
I took a break and then I hopped back on. I am not going to give up, I thought.
This time I made it 11 minutes without stopping and I raised the speed to 2.5 and kept it there.
I got off still feeling small and defeated but the minor improvement helped my sense of self worth.
