Ok, I officially scheduled my tube reversal surgery for July 30th. I am traveling to Georgia on the 29th and returning on the 31st. As of today... I weighed in at 199 pounds! WOOHOO!!! They needed me to be at 204 but wanted 200 or less and I still have a week to go before I leave so I am hoping to lose some more before the official day. Surgery Goal...

Ok, So, I have to make the call on Monday to schedule the Tube Reversal surgery for either the 29th or 30th of July. I still have weight to lose to be ready for it but this is a concrete goal that I must reach because if I don't then I will have to reschedule the surgery and there is a charge to do that because they only do 2 surgeries per day only on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. So their time to schedule someone in is important and costly.

Independence Day!!!

Today is Independence Day. Also my brother's birthday. I don't get to spend time with my family members as I am currently an outcast so I went out with my fiance and we purchased a Wii and a Wii Fit Plus with balance board. Goal Update...

Ok, so, my goal was to hit 200 pounds by June 12th. I was doing great, going to the gym daily and working out at least 2 hours, eating right, taking my synthroid medication. I dropped from 207 to 204 in the first week and a half. Yahoo! I went to the gym and spent three hours working out! I burned 1300 calories! I weighed in today at the same 205 so hopefully this stepping it up and pushing myself will show in tomorrow's weigh-in.

Ok, almost halfway through this goal and on the weight side of things, I am actually losing weight and enjoying the gym. Unfortunately I've only gone from 207 to 205 this week. Hopefully this coming week I can lose the next 5 pounds. I am going to step up the workout by doing an additional cardio at the end of my workout to burn more calories and see if that helps. Well, I went to the gym and did a massive workout. I was feeling great! I got to the gym and started on cardio (treadmill calorie burning program at 3.0 mph for 60 min), time flew by today for cardio... Then I went and did my strength training, I pushed myself with my arms and added a few renditions of some machines to push myself more. I burned more than 1100 calories working out today! Yeah! My weight went down again today! My friend told me that I needed to eat more to get my energy back so I ate my recommended calories yesterday and today I do have some more energy. I will have to do the same again today and see if it helps for tomorrow. It's really hard for me to eat because before trying to lose weight, I wouldn't eat all day and then eat a large dinner. I got on the scale around noon and I am down to 205.8! WOOHOO!!! I refuse to weigh myself again until tomorrow around noon so I don't go scale crazy... lol. Anyways, I went to the gym and did cardio/abs/lower back. I burned over 600 calories.
