Two for tea or two for water aerobics. My auntie and I have set out to get in shape, she is 67 and I am 56. Auntie wants to be in a 10K by age 70. I just want to get through MS and fibermyalgia and not in a wheelchair. So water aerobics is a great option for the both of us.
