I have'nt posted anything since last year so here is my most recent. I did fail miserably last year trying to lose weight I started again in July of this year again and have been doing well. Slow weight loss but at least I am losing. I go to weight watchers meetings at least 3 out of 4 a month. I lose about 1 - 1 1/2 lbs a week.
