im doing good on my diet for two days.
ive kept under 900 calories,
ive done a work out each day.
i found this three dvd set of danceing of the inches.
its alot of hard fun work.
i cant wait to see what i lose at day seven.

THIS IS MY FIRST DAY ON MY DIET.
IM DOING SOME RESEARCH ON LOW PACT EXERSIS BECAUSES OF MY BACK.
IVE CUT MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO A 1000 BECAUSE I SIT MOST OF THE DAY.
MY STARTING WEIGHT IS 335 I WANT TO LOSE 100 LBS .

so far on my journey of lossing lbs i have lost 6.
it has not been easy exersising but im get it done.
and im staying under my calorie count.
i can't wait to see the new me in a few months.
i'm very excited to do this for me cause i weighed 206.
