Bad day yesterday...

I had a bad day yesterday.  I was so excited that I was so close so I let myself relax.  Eat too much food.  Not care about my weight.  I forgot that if I want to lose weight and keep it off, I have to stick to my diet for the rest of my life.  Losing weight isn't 'do it for awhile and then go right back to what you were doing'  I probably won't weigh myself for awhile.  I'm on my period and because of yesterday.  I'm so stupi

Day 4: 111.6
        Only 0.2 pounds gained.  Could definitely be worse. 
Yesterday I ate no breakfast, only had a few bites of lunch, went home and ate a piece of cheese (50 cal), chugged a bunch of water so I wouldn't finish dinner, and went to bed at 9:30 pm, and I get up at 6:00 am.  Maybe its because I didn't get to go for a walk like I usually do?  Or maybe its water weight since I drank so much it hurt?&

Hi, I'm new!

Hey. I'm new here and i would like to have some support while I lose weight.

I have friends and I have family, it's just that I'm afraid to talk to them about me losing weight. I'm afraid they'll talk me out of it and say things like, "You're already skinny," and "Big is beutiful!"(Big can be beutiful, but it cannot be healthy) Or I could even get in trouble! Point is... I want support and tips.
