I have been doing well with this still but today i just have no energy. ahh.. i am not sure if it because i need to eat more or if it is just because ive been stressed about some things but i just feel sooo tired and i am sleeping enough... possibly too much. i need to eat a little more i think, which means i need to g grocery shopping and buy some more healthy food. wish me luck!

The weight is still coming off. yay!! I have been a runner for a few years but now that the weight is actually coming off, you can really start to see the toning and definition in my calfs. Feels fanastic! work has been crazy busy, so im glad i have been able to stick to this! :D hope to keep it up and hope i reach my goal fast!

I feel like i am looking so good! I'm looking so thin and it is so exciting!! ahhh.. so close to my goal! i think i am almost to the 130's now but i dont want to weigh myself too much because if im not as close than i thought i was, i dont want to get discouraged. My husband is at drill and should be getting off soon so im gonna start making dinner soon. I feel like today is going to be a great day! i feel so good when I eat right! I do need to work on evening out my calories throughout the day and eating breakfast earlier. I have been eating breakfast late, then lunch late and then dinner late.. And sometimes even skipping meals because the previous meal was late. Probably not the best idea. I am just not hungry in the morning and I have been working long days starting at 6 a.m. Im just not hungry before 6.. I will figure something out. Ye...

I have been doing really well with this! I am proud of myself! I am going to attempt to not weigh myself for a while. it tends to make it harder for me for some reason. I havent worked out in a few days. I have a nasty cold and my ankle hurts agin. perhaps i should have gotten it x-rayed. I am going to wrap it and do some walking tonight though. Not quite as fun as running but at least it is some exercise. Wel, wish me luck to stick to this :)

well, yesterday wasn't the best day for my diet. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best either. Chris and i went to lagoon and needless to say there was LOTS of food everywhere! i did well considering but i had a bite of chris' food here and there theroughout the day. did okay on calories but am pretty sure i went over a tad on carbs.. dangit! Today will be fanstic though! i can feel it :)

So, i weighed myself this morning and i was at 146. The pounds are just coming off!! Yay! Can't wait until i am in the 130's! This is so great! I'm eating right, im exercising, i'm sleeping well and i am feeling AWESOME! ahh, im so excited! I was at a stall for a few months but im very much back on track now :) go me!

So, today hasn't gone incredibly well. Not horrible either though. I just.. i guess i didnt do as well as i would have wanted to. I didnt eat much for the majority of the day. My shift started at 4 am this morning and i worked a 10 hour shift. While i was at work, i really didnt eat much. A little fruit and a sandwhich made with sara lee delightful bread. Then after work, i ran errands and went shopping. Then, when i got home i ate a lot. I still stayed within my calorie and carb allowance but i...

Today is day 7 of me doing super, super well on my diet. My goal is 60 days. Hope i can make it that! Since i started in january i have lost, oh.. 25 pounds i think. i started out at 175 and am down to around 148. My goal is to get down to around 120. i hope i lose fast. i tend to get impatient. i just want to be at my goal weight now! ha
