I'm doing this 1 day at a time  no beating myself up everyday if I miss a workout or over eat  what happens that day will stay in that day it is over when I lay my head down on my pillow at night   when I wake up the next day it will be a whole new day to try and do better  I can't keebeating myself up and feeling unhappy beacause not only does that effect me it also effects my family

I am starting this journay again this yr. I started in2013 off and on in 2014 lost 20lbs gained 11 of it back. I was doing it for all the wrong reasons.  I wanted to wear a bikini on our first family trip to the ocean, i wanted to loose weight to to have better choices in clothes I did it to to say look at me I did it and you didn't now I have come to realize I must be happy on the inside because no matter what that scale says or what size of clothes I'm in I would still not o

finally the start of my new year

 The holidays are finally over for me. My husband goes back to work and my daughter goes back to school. I am a person who needs to be on a schedule and while their home on beak that goes out the window. So my new yEar starts tomorrow. hubby up for work, daughter out the door for school,  EXERCISE,  then my house work got my dayh planned

so not only will I be tracking on here I made out a monthly calendar with what exercises I'm doing for the day but also how many  I am going to win this weight battle this yr by exercising and eating better    I CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Not about the points/winning

I do challenges to keep me active. I sign up for them so it gives me a reason to do certain activities and to have a reason to log on and keep track. I usually don't go back and check on them, I wait till there over and it's posted on my news feed. Then I check to see my progress with others to see how I did. Yah if I placed pep talk to try harder next time if I am really lagging.   I enjoy logging my workouts on here that way I can always go back and check my progress. I am d

a new start

well I have been homeschooling since my last blog and things are going great. I have missed logging on and reading everyones progress. i have not done to bad since I have been gone and such a cold winter. I do believe I have gained 5 pounds and a few inches I will measure on Moday and get restarted. I actually quit weighing myself in October and just kept everything the same. I know I was cheating myself. Now that I have the stress of the school thing off my shoulders I am ready to do this

Letting Go

I am gonna start living a whole different life well going back to the old one. I have sat and thought and made a list of things that I have changed over the last 3 yrs to cause me to gain almost 40 lbs.
