well i have done really good to day this is my food for today

breakfast: nothink

lunch: kellogs breakfast buist and cup of tea

dinna; four slice of pizza

drink; tea andd coke and rum ;)

still a lot to go bring on the weekend

today started off ok had nothink to eat till tea and had a takeaway oppsy which was sausage chips and garlic sause dam i need to stop the take aways :/

well its day 3 of my fight of losing wight i have tright to cut down my calorie in take i have done pritty well so far . still a way to go , the plan is to lose 5 pounds befor christmas so tht i can eat and not worrie on xmas day tehe by for now hope u like my firsstblog
